Finn Dixon & Herling served as legal counsel to Class Valuation in its acquisition of Allstate Appraisal, one of the nation’s longest continuously operating valuation firms.
The acquisition expands Class Valuation’s national footprint and strengthens its residential and commercial valuation, appraisal review, litigation support and specialized valuation capabilities. Allstate Appraisal, founded in 1959, will continue operating with its existing team while gaining access to Class Valuation’s technology platform, national infrastructure and broader suite of valuation solutions.
