Nick focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation. 

Having earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Boston University, Nick has expertise straddling legal, financial, and general business matters, which he harnesses for a holistic approach to client challenges.

During law school, Nick represented numerous entrepreneurs from both MIT and BU as apart of BU's Startup Law Clinic, helping them form companies, finance their ventures, and protect their intellectual property.
