Jennifer A. Gong
Jen advises clients on executive compensation, employment, and employee benefit issues that arise in mergers and acquisitions and in connection with ongoing operations.
Jen’s practice includes designing, drafting, negotiating, and implementing compensation arrangements, including incentive equity and deferred compensation. She also counsels companies in the negotiation of employment, separation, and non-competition agreements.
Before joining the firm, Jen was an associate in the executive compensation group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York. She attended the University of Washington on a swimming scholarship. Outside of the office, she enjoys being active and traveling internationally.
