Finn Dixon & Herling represented BearCom, a portfolio company of Siris Capital, in its acquisition of Stone Security. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. BearCom is a leading end-to-end integrator of advanced voice, security and data solutions.
The completed deal was announced in a December 20th press release.
The team included private equity associates Robert Clark, Jeffrey Regester and Elizabeth Zaccherio and partner Jared Dinkes, tax associate Eitan Ulmer and partner Michael Spiro, real estate counsel Ryan Sexton, executive compensation, benefits and employment associate Nicholas D’Angelo and partners Jennifer Gong and Adam Mendelowitz.
