FDH served as U.S. legal counsel to Vistage Worldwide in Vistage’s acquisition of T.E.C. (THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE) LTD., a Calgary, Alberta-based licensee of Vistage which provides CEO coaching and peer advisory services across Canada.
