Samuel focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general business representation.

Sam has past experience as an associate on the SALT Mergers & Acquisitions team at RSM US, LLP in New York where he performed buy and sell-side tax due diligence for middle market private equity clients. 

Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Sam practiced corporate law at Cohen and Wolf, P.C. where he counseled portfolio company and closely-held business clients in  buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as in general corporate matters.
