Finn Dixon & Herling LLP served as legal counsel to IMS Legal Strategies in its acquisition of Fulcrum Legal Graphics, a trial graphics firm specializing in complex commercial litigation matters.
The acquisition expands IMS Legal Strategies’ trial graphics capabilities through the addition of Fulcrum’s team, while providing Fulcrum’s clients access to IMS’s broader suite of litigation consulting services, including jury consulting.
