Oleg advises clients on a broad range of compensation, employee benefits, and employment matters, both in the context of day-to-day matters and in connection with corporate transactions.
Oleg has extensive experience advising on employment, retention, change in control and severance agreements, as well as short and long-term incentive compensation arrangements, including equity and equity-based incentives, and representing clients on employment and executive compensation-related aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions. In his practice, Oleg provides guidance with respect to employment laws, and on complex tax issues arising under Internal Revenue Code Sections 280G, 409A and 83.
Before joining the firm, Oleg was an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, and an associate and then senior counsel in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group at Proskauer Rose LLP.
Oleg is fluent in Russian.
