Jessica is an associate in the Corporate group. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.
Jessica first joined the firm as a member of the firm’s 2024 summer associate class. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served on the executive board of the Connecticut Law Review as Membership Manager, was President of Mock Trial, and was also a member of the Moot Court Board. Jessica was a finalist and Best Prosecutor Winner in the William R. Davis Mock Trial Competition and a quarter finalist in the Alva P. Loiselle Moot Court Competition. She also served as Tournament Director of the UConn Law Softball Team.
During law school, Jessica served as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Ann M. Nevins of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New Haven, where she assisted with legal research and drafting memoranda, and participated in conferences and hearings.
Before law school, Jessica obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Pace University, graduating magna cum laude and earning Dean’s List distinction. She also completed a Millennium Fellowship with the United Nations, where she worked on campaigns raising awareness of public health risks related to alcohol and nicotine use during pregnancy.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys reading, spending time with her friends and family, and cheering on her favorite football team.
