Nick focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

Having earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Boston University, Nick is experienced with straddling legal, financial and general business matters, which he harnesses for a holistic approach to client challenges.

During law school, Nick represented numerous entrepreneurs from both MIT and Boston University  as a part of Boston University's Startup Law Clinic, helping them form companies, finance their ventures, and protect their intellectual property.
