Partner Deirdre Daly was interviewed about conducting sexual harassment internal investigations by Practical Law.
Deirdre addressed the issues that arise in investigations during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the cultural shift after the #MeToo movement.
“It is critical that companies ensure investigations are conducted independently and professionally, and that complainants have confidence in the independence, fairness, and thoroughness of these investigations,” Deirdre said.

Deirdre is the chair of the litigation department at Finn Dixon & Herling. She joined the firm after serving as the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut and two decades working in the Department of Justice.
