Neil Ruben, co-chair of the Business Law Section M&A Committee of the New York State Bar Association and member of the Executive Committee of the NYSBA Business Law Section, will moderate a roundtable at the NYSBA Annual Meeting, with fellow FDH partner Austin J. Pendleton participating as a panelist.

The session, “M&A Experiences: In-house and Outside Counsel Roundtable Chat,” is sponsored by the NYSBA Business Law and Corporate Counsel sections. The program will feature a roundtable discussion between outside and in-house counsel on their collaborative work in mergers and acquisitions. Topics will include: early-stage deal alignment and role definition, contract and deal-term negotiations, regulatory and compliance considerations, information management and diligence protocols, and post-transaction transition and integration.
