FDH served as legal counsel to IMS Legal Strategies on its acquisition of Medical & Life Care Consulting Services (MLCC), a Massachusetts-based multidisciplinary firm providing nurse case management and life care planning services.
The acquisition further expands IMS Legal Strategies’ life care planning capabilities and adds nurse case management services to its growing platform. MLCC also provides medical cost projections, vocational expertise and specialized reports.
