Ari is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate governance.
Prior to joining FDH, Ari was an associate in the Global Corporate Group at Milbank LLP in New York, where his practice included mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, information technology and data privacy. Ari has experience representing clients across a broad range of industries, including technology and infrastructure, information services, renewable energy and sports.
