FDH served as legal counsel to IMS Legal Strategies in its acquisition of VocMedEcon (VME), an Arizona-based firm specializing in life care planning, vocational evaluations and economic assessments.
The acquisition expands IMS Legal Strategies’ life care planning capabilities through the addition of VME’s team of experts, strengthening its ability to provide comprehensive consulting and expert witness services to law firms and corporations.
