Camila Acchiardo

Camila Acchiardo is an associate in the Corporate Group and focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Ms. Acchiardo was an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions / Private Equity Group at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Ms. Acchiardo received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Pace University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Environmental Law Review. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from St. Mary’s University.
