Tarek focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

While in law school, Tarek served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Alfred V. Covello of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. 

Prior to attending law school, Tarek worked for the Qatar Olympic Committee and organized world championship-level events, including the IPC Athletics World Championships Doha 2015 and FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) Doha 2014.
