Steve Healy is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation. 

Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Steve was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Steve received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Review of Banking and Financial Law, and his B.A., with high distinction, from Penn State University’s Schreyer Honors College.
