Rob is an associate in the Corporate group. His practice areas include private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.

Rob first joined as a member of the firm’s 2023 summer associate class. He received his JD from Boston College Law School where he was a member of the Business Law Society and co-chair of the Sports Committee. Prior to law school, Rob graduated from Boston College where he majored in Management with a concentration in Finance. Outside of the office, he is an avid basketball player.
