Lauren Williams, an associate within our Debt Finance group, specializes in a spectrum of corporate finance matters.
Her expertise extends to representing both borrowers and lenders in acquisition financings, refinancing transactions, and bridge financings. Prior to her tenure at Finn Dixon & Herling, Lauren honed her craft as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, as a member of both the corporate finance and derivatives groups.
