Kendall is an associate in the Corporate group. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

Kendall first joined as a member of the firm’s 2023 summer associate class. She received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review. Kendall also served as intramural director for both the Connecticut Moot Court Board and Mock Trial Society, represented incarcerated clients in the University of Connecticut School of Law Criminal Appellate Clinic, and acted as vice president of the Public Interest Law Group.

Before law school, Kendall obtained a B.A. from The George Washington University in International Affairs and worked as a healthcare litigation paralegal at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP and Ropes & Gray, LLP.
