Kaitlyn M. West is an associate in Finn Dixon & Herling’s Real Estate practice where she represents our business clients in acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing and financing matters.

Kaitlyn’s experience includes representing real estate owners, developers and joint ventures in financing related to purchases and sales.  She has also represented lenders in the financing of commercial properties, with loan formats including credit tenant financing, agency lending, CMBS financing and bridge and mezzanine loan financing.

Kaitlyn is a former commercial real estate associate at Blank Rome LLP and agency lending associate at Cassin & Cassin LLP. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Bennet Malveaux of the Court of Appeals of Virginia and was an articles editor for the University of Richmond Law Review during law school.
