An associate in the Corporate group, Joanna practices in the areas of private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.
Before attending law school, Joanna worked at Credit Suisse as an executive compensation specialist. She attended Boston University School of Law, where she studied abroad at Oxford University, and Columbia University, where she majored in Classics with a focus on Ancient Greek and wrote her thesis on trauma and Greek Epic heroes.
Joanna was a summer associate at the firm. Since joining the firm upon graduation, she has been heavily involved in firm life and an active member of numerous firm committees, including the Associates Committee and the Women’s Initiative Network.
