Jeff is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

•  Leveraged acquisitions, secondary fund acquisitions and divestitures for private equity funds.
• Representing private equity firms in new platform acquisitions and subsequent add-on transactions 
• Sales of private equity portfolio companies and other private companies 
• Acquisitions and divestitures by operating companies 
• Joint ventures and strategic alliances
• Venture capital and growth equity investments across a wide array of industries

Jeff also provides general corporate representation and advice regarding governance, securities, and other matters.
