Harris Ahmad is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Harris was an associate at Gunderson Dettmer and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Harris received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a comments editor for the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review and a student attorney for the Veterans Legal Clinic. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
