Gabriel Malone-O’Meally focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.
He previously practiced in the corporate groups at Paul, Weiss and Fenwick & West, where he advised private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and growth-stage companies on a broad range of M&A and investment transactions. His experience includes both control and minority investments, fund formation and documentation, real estate acquisitions and joint ventures, and complex entity and trust structuring, as well as coordination and oversight of outside counsel.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Gabriel served as Deputy General Counsel to a private single-family office investment platform. In that role, he worked across direct investments, fund-related matters, real estate transactions, governance, and strategic structuring initiatives, helping to develop and institutionalize the legal infrastructure of a growing investment platform.
