Cole Mayhew is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and business matters.  

Mr. Mayhew received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a selection to the Georgetown Appellate Litigation Clinic.  He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Western Governors University.
