Chris is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Chris was a litigation associate at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in New York.  Chris received his J.D., cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was lead articles editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review, and his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
