Before joining the firm in 2023, Andy practiced mergers and acquisitions with a focus on private equity transactions at several metropolitan law firms. Andy attended New York University School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the Journal of Law & Liberty and the Regional President of the Unemployment Action Center. He received his B.A. from Ithaca College.
