Alexander Ojugbeli is an associate in Finn Dixon & Herling's Real Estate practice with experience representing public and private companies in complex real estate transactions.

He has worked on matters including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, real estate development agreements, lease agreements, mortgage loan repurchase facilities, real estate financing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. 

During law school, Alexander participated in a semester exchange program and attended Amsterdam Law School in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
