Finn Dixon & Herling LLP hosted a second annual General Counsel event with the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity. Partner Deirdre Daly moderated the event, which included a panel of six women who are leaders in the law in Connecticut.
The roundtable event focused on diversity in the legal profession and was entitled “Challenges and Best Practices in Creating and Maintaining a Diverse Legal Environment.”
The annual event grew out of the Firm’s Diversity & Inclusion committee, which Deirdre chairs. The D&I committee works to recruit and retain attorneys with diverse backgrounds and strives to help build a more inclusive work environment. To learn more about the D&I committee, click here.
