Finn Dixon & Herling represented On Deck Sports, a portfolio company of M Mountain Capital, in its acquisition of Beacon Athletics and Aer-Flo Sports from BA Holdco, Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. On Deck Sports is a leading manufacturer, distributor, developer and installer of equipment, netting and indoor training facilities for sports such as baseball, softball, soccer, golf and pickleball.
The completed deal was announced in a December 3rd press release.
The team included private equity associates Tarek Chatila and Elizabeth Zaccherio and partner Charles J. Downey III, debt financing associates Lauren Williams and Lucy Isaev and counsel Benjamin Smyser, tax associate Eitan Ulmer and partner Michael Spiro, real estate counsel Ryan Sexton, and executive compensation, benefits and employment partner Adam Mendelowitz.
