On June 8, 2022, Finn Dixon & Herling partners Andrew Calamari and Daniel Noble moderated a panel hosted by the Westchester and Southern Connecticut chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
The panel was titled: The Enforcers Speak: Securities and Cryptocurrency Enforcement Developments at the DOJ and SEC.

The panelists discussed the SEC’s and DOJ’s priorities and recent developments in civil and criminal securities and cryptocurrency enforcement.
