On Wednesday, November 13th, FDH partner, Neil Ruben, is co-moderating, and FDH associate, Jeffrey Regester, is participating in, a panel at the New York State Bar Association’s Business Law Section 2024 Fall Meeting, titled, “Practitioners’ Guide to Navigating Negotiation of Growth Equity Transactions”.
Neil and Jeffrey will be joined by David Lallouz, Esq. (Chair of the M&A Committee, NYSBA, Bruderman), as co-moderator, and Andrew Avorn (Partner at Avorn Law), and Eric Broad (CEO at Bowery Legal), as additional panelists.
The 2024 Fall Meeting will also include two other presentations by other participants. The first will be a panel titled “Intersection between M&A and VC: the VC perspective.” The other presentation is titled “The new FINCEN Anti Money Laundering Rules Applicable to Investment Advisers.”
