FDH served as legal counsel to Prelude Growth Partners in connection with its $27 million growth investment in Perelel, a women’s health and wellness supplement company. Prelude Growth Partners led the financing with participation from existing investors including Unilever Ventures, Willow Growth Partners, and Selva Ventures. The investment will support Perelel’s continued brand expansion, product development and distribution as the company builds on its research backed approach to women’s health across multiple life stages.
