David I. Albin, Partner at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, will participate in the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Mergers & Acquisitions Standalone Committee Meeting, taking place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Laguna Beach, California.
David serves as Chair of the ABA Private Equity Subcommittee. The meeting, held at Montage Laguna Beach, will feature two panels: one focused on developments and issues in the large-cap private equity M&A space, and a second addressing investor protections under the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
