David Albin, co-chair of the FDH’s Corporate/M&A practice and a leader in state and federal bar activities, will be presenting his twentieth annual mini seminar on Mergers and Acquisitions to the Business Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association on Tuesday, March 10 in New Haven. This year’s seminar is entitled “Merger and Acquisitions Pot Pouri” and will discuss a number of recent developments in M&A law, including a summary of a panel discussion Mr. Albin led early in 2026 with Delaware Vice Chancellor Lori Will and a discussion of whether Private Equity will be coming for law firms.
