William is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate representation.
He regularly advises companies throughout their life cycle, from formation and early-stage growth to strategic transactions and exits, including:
- Company formation, structuring, and governance, including reorganizing large networks of affiliates.
- Drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements, including vendor agreements, leases and financing agreements.
- Stock and asset acquisitions in heavily regulated industries.
Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, William practiced in the Corporate department at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial disputes, and regulatory matters. His experience in high-stakes commercial litigation and bankruptcy-related matters provides him with a practical perspective in advising clients through complex business transactions and disputes.
