Tamu focuses her practice on corporate finance matters, representing financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and secured credit facilities, including cash-flow and asset-based financings, and second lien, subordinated, and mezzanine debt finance transactions.
Tamu is the co-chair of Finn Dixon & Herling’s Hiring Committee. Before joining the firm, Tamu practiced in the Real Estate department at Paul Hastings LLP in Stamford, Connecticut.
