Sanam is an associate in the Debt Finance group representing borrowers and lenders in both acquisition financings and financing transactions.
Sanam received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology and was a member of the Transactional and Corporate Law Association.
Before law school, Sanam received her B.A., cum laude, in Psychology from the University of Alabama and was a member of the recruiting team at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati LLP.
