Peter represents borrowers and lenders (including private equity sponsors, banks, private financial institutions, funds, SBIC Lenders, mezzanine lenders and family offices) in domestic and international commercial and corporate finance matters. 

He has significant experience in secured and unsecured leveraged finance transactions (including acquisition financings, structured financings and recapitalizations), asset-based financings, multi-tiered senior and subordinated debt transactions, mezzanine and SBIC fund financings, restructurings, and workouts (including debtor-in-possession and exit financings).

Peter has practiced in various business sectors including retail, manufacturing, technology, and the food industry and focuses on “middle market” transactions as well as growth capital and development platform financings. Before joining the firm, he practiced in the finance & restructuring group at Paul Hastings, LLP (New York and Stamford).

Peter joined the firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2012.
