Nicholas is the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.

Nicholas joined FDH in 2025 and serves as the firm’s CFO. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial management, including accounting, billing and collections, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning. With more than 20 years of experience in law firm finance and operations, Nicholas has deep expertise in financial reporting, audits, risk management, IOLTA compliance, and system conversions.

Prior to joining FDH, Nicholas held senior finance leadership roles at Mendes & Mount LLP and Murtha Cullina LLP, where he directed all finance and accounting operations.   Earlier in his career, Nicholas held finance management roles at Venable LLP and K&L Gates LLP in New York, focusing on trust accounting, accounts payable, billing, collections, and risk management.
