Mary Lou is the firm’s chief financial officer. 

The CFO directs and oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial activities. Mary Lou is responsible for monitoring revenues and expenses, budget preparation, analyzing financial data, and managing the accounting team.  She is responsible for development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safekeeping of firm assets. She is a liaison with external auditors, banking representatives, and other institutions. Mary Lou received her bachelor’s degree from Central Connecticut State University and her master’s degree in law firm management from George Washington University. Mary Lou has spent her entire career working in accounting for law firms. Prior to her employment with the firm, she had her own business providing accounting services to law firms.
