Lily is an associate in the Debt Finance group and focuses her representation on corporate finance matters and leveraged transactions.

Lily first joined as a member of the firm’s 2025 summer associate class. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she was recognized for Pro Bono Excellence and named a Public Interest Designation Program Fellow. 

During law school, Lily represented early-stage businesses in transactional matters as a student attorney in Boston College Law Entrepreneurship & Innovation Clinic. She was also a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Before law school, Lily received her B.A., cum laude, in Government and Education from Smith College.
