Kelsey is the firm’s chief administrative officer.
She oversees the operations of the firm and manages the recruiting and development of the staff and attorneys. Kelsey received her B.A. from the University of Connecticut. Kelsey joined Finn Dixon & Herling in 2011 as a legal administrative assistant and progressed through several roles before becoming FDH’s director of attorney development & recruiting in 2017. She became chief administrative officer in 2021.
