John is an associate in the Corporate group. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.

John first joined as a member of the firm’s 2024 Summer Associate class. He received his J.D., with Honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. John was a member of the law school’s evening division and worked throughout his legal education as a paralegal at Kreindler & Kreindler LLP, a boutique litigation firm based in Manhattan. During law school, John served as Publication Editor for the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal.

Before law school, John obtained a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Business Fundamentals, from the University of Connecticut.

Outside of the office, John enjoys hiking, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.
