Jeffrey is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on corporate transactions with an emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.

Jeff represents clients in buy-side and sell-side matters, assisting with the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, due diligence, disclosure schedules and transaction closings. He also advises clients on corporate governance and other ongoing corporate matters.

His experience includes coordinating multidisciplinary diligence across areas such as intellectual property, information technology, employee benefits, labor and employment, and privacy, as well as advising clients on post-closing matters. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Jeff was a Corporate/M&A associate at Greenberg Traurig LLP in Los Angeles. 

Jeff received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law. During law school he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy.
