James is an associate in the Corporate group and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.
He is on the firm’s IT Committee. Before joining the firm, he was a real estate associate at McDermott Will & Emery in New York. He attended Nazareth College where he played four years of NCAA Division III ice hockey.
