Henry is an associate in the Corporate group. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate representation.
Henry first joined as a member of the firm's 2025 Summer Associate class. He received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review and as a research assistant to Professor Debora A. Ramirez.
Before law school, Henry studied Political Science with a minor in Sociology at Villanova University, graduating magna cum laude.
