Harrison is an associate in the Debt Finance group, where he represents borrowers and lenders in middle-market and large-cap financing transactions. His practice includes leveraged acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations and other complex financing matters.
At FDH, Harrison has worked on a broad range of transactions, giving him experience on both sides of the table and across transactions of varying size and complexity.

Harrison takes a practical, steady approach to his work, helping clients navigate complex transactions and the challenges that can arise along the way.
An active participant in firm life, Harrison serves on several committees, including the Associates Committee, Pro Bono Committee and Hiring Committee. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting immigrants, veterans, farmers and others in need of legal services.
